If you have obtained 70 marks in the CMAT examination and not 70 percentile score, then, too be honest, your chances of getting any decent college is extremely small, leave aside the government colleges. However, if you wanted to enquire about 70 percentile and have mistakingly written 70 marks in your question, then kindly mention it in a comment and I would surely try to help you out in that case.
