Kalinga University Raipur was established in 2013, it consists of Faculty of Pharmacy, an autonomous constituent college for providing education in the field of pharmacy. Established in Naya Raipur, Chhattisgarh this college has earned its reputation in delivering quality education in the area of Pharmacy. PCI and AICTE accredit the faculty, and adherence to national standards is maintained regarding the faculty. Currently the institute has a faculty of fourty members and it has present three courses in the pharmaceutical stream which can be enrolled by students at different level. 

Kalinga University Faculty of Pharmacy has sophisticated facilities of learning and teaching that are the following: The general layout of the university consists of library, classrooms, laboratories, hostels, cafeteria and playground. Cognitive and Operational Resources: The Faculty of Pharmacy maintains several equipments in order to offer the best opportunities for its students. Industrial based skills are developed by practical training and research carried out in well equipped laboratories within the campus. The library has a vast collection of more than eighty thousand books and other resources for academic support with membership in DELNET, National Digital Library, and NPTR. The institute has designated hostel facilities for boys and girls exclusively, to provide for the stay of out-stationed students. It has a cafeteria; first aid facilities; a health center on the compound; and an auditorium for events and seminars among others. The students can also be able to access the entire Information Technology infrastructure, which also entails Wi-Fi all over the compound. In terms of physical fitness, and nutrition the facilities available include a gym and general sporting facilities for the students.

The Faculty of Pharmacy delivers a total of three full-time courses of variant levels of pharmaceutical education. They are Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharma), Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma) and Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharma) with specialization in Pharmacology. The institute holds an approved intake of 166 students in these programs of study. Though there are no specific data about yearly graduation for the latest year, the faculty intent highly indicates the quality education output for training efficient professional pharmacists.
