Degree wise Admission Process

B.E. Courses: FMCET offers eight B.E. courses, namely Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Automobile Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Cyber Security. The college admits students to these courses based on 10+2 marks and TANCET marks through the TNEA counselling process. The aggregate intake of seats for all the eight B.E. courses is 330.

M.E. Courses: Three M.E. courses, which are Thermal Engineering, Embedded Systems Technologies, and Computer Science and Engineering, are offered by the college. All the courses offer 18 seats. The admissions are given on the basis of TANCET scores, subject to the availability of any other criteria set by the college or Anna University.

MBA Program: FMCET has an MBA program with a 60 seat intake. Admissions for the MBA are based on TANCET scores. Shortlisted candidates from TANCET are typically called for additional rounds of selection, which can consist of group discussions and personal interviews.
