FIDA The Design School, Chennai, estd.2004, is a unique Design Institute offering Undergraduate programs in Fashion & Interior Design. Established and situated at 452 Poonamallee High Road, Kilpauk, Chennai this non-governmental institute has seen itself emerging as a stellar institute for designing in the state of Tamil Nadu. List of FIDA degree courses include four of the Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) which are full time courses that take three years each to complete. The best example from the house of the school is the course that has been designed for learners are B.Sc in Fashion Design, Interior Design and variation on Fashion Design.

Currently I can vouch for FIDA having a fairly endowed library in terms of providing a host of information which is in line with design, fashion and interior decoration. Pursuant to this, the school also has departmental laboratories they offer students an opportunity to apply practice what they have learnt in practice. Finally, as a basic requirement in today’s designs, FIDA has provided great IT equipment to meet the software needs of the current generation designs that students must demonstrate mastery of when they join the industry.

FIDA The Design School currently teaches a total of four courses and all of them are undergraduate, full-time Bachelor of Science programs. These courses are being offered in order to respond to needs of new and experienced workforce in the field of fashion as well as interior design.
