Footwear Design and Development Institute, Kolkata offers a spacious, hygienic, and secure facility for boys separately. The FDDI Kolkata hostel facilities include rooms that are properly ventilated and provided with fans, tube lights, and necessary furniture. Each student is provided with a cot, a chair, a table, and a cupboard (locker). It has recreation rooms equipped with a colour TV set, music system, facilities like the RO system, dining halls, and indoor games to enhance the physical activities of the students. FDDI Kolkata hostel rooms are well furnished and students are required to bring only their personal belongings (including bedding for all seasons). Moreover, the hostel is offered on the first-cum-first-serve basis.
