This college is affiliated with the Central Council of Homeopathy and occupies only 2 acres, but it molds 49 students at a time. The institute has a faculty strength of 26 dedicated professionals, who ensures a very impressive student-to-faculty ratio in the institution, thus quality education and personalized attention. 

Gandhi Natha Rangaji Homoeopathic Medical College is committed to providing all necessary facilities to enrich the learning environment of the students. A well-equipped library serves as the knowledge hub, housing many resources in homeopathic medicine and allied fields. In correspondence to each department of the college, laboratories have been established, each being crucial to a practical base in training and hand-on experience for homeopathic studies. Additionally, the college has a full-fledged health center with first-aid to ensure the health of the students, as well as the staff members. The college runs only one full-time course, which is the Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery. The institute is given permission for 50 students in a year for admission in the BHMS program, so the college is also restricted to this number of students in this course. The entry ticket to Gandhi Natha Rangaji Homoeopathic Medical College is governed mainly through the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test, popularly known as NEET. Each aspirant student, interested to seek admission to the BHMS course, must take the national level examination. The College follows the admission schedule provided by the competent authorities and admissions are generally done once a year.
