GD Goenka School of Management, Gurgaon has a dedicated placement cell that oversees the campus placement. GD Goenka School of Management placement cell is in charge of the training and recruitment process. The GD Goenka School of Management placement training programmes run concurrently with the academic curriculum of the institute. Field trips, research projects, internship programmes, and interactions with industry experts are all part of the GD Goenka School of Management placement training programmes. The GD Goenka School of Management placement training involves personality development sessions, workshops, guest lectures, industrial visits, career counselling, seminars, interview skill classes, grooming skills, resume writing and many more.
Several reputed companies are invited to the GD Goenka School of Management placement drive. The School of Management placement cell provides internship opportunities for the students. However, the UG and PG students are expected to complete a summer internship at an organisation for a period of 8-12 weeks as part of their programme. According to the GD Goenka School of Management placement report (data taken from NIRF report) for the year 2018-19, out of 7 eligible postgraduate students, 7 were got placed with a median salary of Rs.3,00,000.
