Geetanjali Dental and Research Institute, Udaipur, is one of the most promising Dental colleges, set up in 2014, located in Udaipur, Rajasthan. This constituent college, which is recognised by the Dental Council of India (DCI), had a number of dental programmes. Geetanjali Dental and Research Institute has 5 courses in offer that are full time only. The BDS is the flagship programme of the institute and has an approved strength of one hundred students per batch. The offered post graduate dental course in the institute comprises four Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) courses, each of 3 years duration. Mentioned courses are the courses of MDS in Prosthodontics and Crown and Bridge, Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopaedics, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics. These postgraduate programmes have an approved intake of 10 students to offer students a chance to study further and specialising in dental sciences.

At Geetanjali Dental and Research Institute, admissions are conducted strictly on merit and there is proper admission procedure. In case of BDS programme, students are admitted through NEET UG which is National Eligibility cum Entrance Test. The istitute has set certain eligibility criteria and clearance of NEET, is mandatory for the aspiring candidates. For postgraduate MDS programmes, admission in all government and private self-financed dental colleges and hospitals shall be according to National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for MDS (NEET MDS).
