College infrastructure are good ,I'm a geology student therefore we need laboratory works so the college provided good labs and faculties. Modern technologies and other infrastructure are very nicely provided by the college management
The academics of the college is nice ,they provide very good syllabus as well as they cover most part of the upcoming important exams , academics include very good field work as well laboratory works.
There is no such thing as placement in any course in the college, there is more than 20+ courses in the college which includes sciences and management studies where none of them provide any placement after the completion of course
As the value for money in my point of few is average because the college provide very good programmes and they provide very good and clean labs like chemistry lab, geology lab ,mass communication lab etc..
The campus life was also average, the atmosphere was good but as usual the management was arrogant, the total area of the college also limited there is no too much space for the students for roaming, the strict rules of the management was also diminished the quality of the campus life
Library and the class rooms are well furnished, with limited space they provides much resources. There are no hostel facilities for boys provided by college, for girls well settled hostel is being build in the campus, college is hygiene
Overall teaching is good , though some department especially science related are delivering better, I pursued my degree from gems bsc geology , teaching staffs were really good ,the students are well monitored and guidance has being given by them
In my knowledge there is no campus placement happened during my academic year, 85 percentage students struggles with communication skills, the clash between management and students are well seen , any time teachers can be fired without any reasons
Teachers are really good though politics ruins the reputation of college, for three years I have paid around 1 lakh ,
College ambience is really good, Arts are well encouraged with in limited space, though support from management is not received ,especially budget, though it's a good place for artists, especially drama and mime
It's better study government colleges than studying in a management college, there is a complimentary issue in case of geology instead of physics there are giving statistics, which will be very complicated pg admission especially Pondicherry university
College have necessary infrastructure and facilities. Hostel is not available for gents. Girl's hostel is good. Smart class room and library is good. Buildings are new and safe. Prayer hall and rest room is available.
Classes are ok. Teachers are above average. Students are provided with good lab facilities and proper guidelines. Study doesn't make you job ready. Curriculum is somewhat updated. Varities of courses are available.
There is placement occurs in college. But don't even think about getting placed to a pleasant job. Placement is available only for limited number of courses. The salary package offered are least. Worst placement occurs.
Course fees are around 15K and that is high and not so worth.
Campus life is good. All programs are colorful. The college is situated above a hill and has some beautiful views.
Arts, sports, college day and association programs are superb.
