• Dates are set by mutual agreement for the company and the placement cell to conduct campus recruitment, and a complete schedule is created.

• Candidates who want to be a part of the placement drive must register to participate in the recruitment drives held by various companies.

• Companies that visit the campus to conduct placement drives deliver a pre-placement talk, which is a two-way communication that allows students to clear all their queries and interact with one another so that they are well aware of the company's basic policies.

• The resumes of registered candidates are shortlisted based on the company's requirements, and only these students are allowed to participate in the placement drive.

• Students who pass the written exam are required to participate in a group discussion, and candidates who voice their opinions and present their ideas in front of the interviewers are chosen. These chosen candidates are required to attend a personal interview.

• During the recruitment process, offer letters are given to the students who qualify for the final interview.
