One of the premier institutions of women's education, Girls' College, Kokrajhar, started in the year 1990 in Kokrajhar, Assam. This is an affiliated college that dreams of uplifting young women with proper education; it has been accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council. The certificate course being offered has 3.03 acres of campus, in which 20 distinguished faculty members teach 673 students.

Girls' College, Kokrajhar also provides a number of modern facilities toward improving the learning process and holistic development of students. The modern digital library is one of the milestones for academic resources, where a vast collection of books and periodicals are kept.  It has an auditorium of 1200 sq ft with a capacity to seat 250 persons, where annual functions, cultural functions, and other activities are performed.
