My College is very beautiful. My College had old buildings The space of our College is not sufficient The College environment is good The College is situated in a good place where we can enjoy natural beauty.
The staff of our College is good The staff is friendly The staff is motivating. The staff is very helpful Our College is academically good The academic area of our College is good and all the teachers are very helpful
The placement quality is not good. We are not provided with any kind of placements or internship as our College is only limited to studies and extra co curricular activities. For placement we have to find by our own.
The course cost per year is more than it should ve been. I don't think at our money is worth it for spending because we do not get that much facility that we should get and the course cost per year should ve been average.
The campus life is not bad. We had arranged exhibitions and we have clubs for arranging different kind of activities. We have a supportive teachers staff and classmates. So do street plays too.
I have completed my graduation in BA with Economics major. My college infrastructure was not that good. Bathroom was not good. Building was old. College Space was also very small. Though location wise its good but still I would say infrastructure was poor.
The teachers of our college was soo good. They are very friedly and student dont hesitate to ask them questions. Specially my department was good. Academic structure was strong. Overall my experience with the Institute regarding academics was preety good.
No placement opportunity is there. As our college provide graduation course like BA, Bsc so no placement opportunities are given. But they will guide you for your future career. That will surely help you in the near future.
Yes the college has all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment. Earlier there were only normal boards but now when recently visited the college there were projectors in the college. We have decent library and had no enough sports facilities.
I have passed my graduation in education. The quality of teaching is good. The teacher's were helpful and try to solve our doubts. The quality of education has improved since my graduation. The curriculum is updated.
It doesn't have any placement as any companies doesn't come. As it is government college and it doesn't have enough placement branch which will offer placements for the students Students also went for higher studies.
Libraries and washrooms are well maintained but everything else is poorly maintained. The classrooms need to renovated. Besides, the college doesn't have a proper auditorium or even wifi service for that fact
Teachers are very much biased and in favor of some students for no reason and that affects the results which in turn affects our future further. Internals should be completely unbiased and free of personal judgment.
I don't think it has the capacity for something like this. They cannot even provide decent internship opportunities for the students. I'm only talking about my department in this case. Teachers are mostly concerned with the university exams
Honestly the course doesn't cost much but then again they aren't doing as much as they should with the said money either so I'll keep it at that for now. It has improved i won't deny it but it's not enough
Campus is good and safe since it's a girls' college. I'm not sure about it handling emergencies and all the stuff.
It has the potential to be so much better if only the faculty and authorities kept our best interests in their mind.
The college infrastructure is well maintained and all the basic facilities like laboratories, libraries, Wifi, sports room, gym, entertainment room are there. Hostels are also very good, and are located near the college.
The college has experienced teachers who are very supportive and the teaching curriculum is up to date always. The teachers are always ready to help and they provide guidance even outside the classroom.
Nothing as such in the placement scenario, since it is a graduate college. But the students who passed from Handique Girls' College are doing very well in life. Many students have started their career in different fields and are doing exceptionally well.
The value for money is awesome, since fees are quite less in comparison to the curriculum they provides. The college has all the basic facilities and well- experienced teachers. The benefits provided by the college is definitely worth the money.
The campus life is quite good as well, with all the basic necessities. Events are organised from time to time in Handique Girls' College. The major events in the college are Annual College Week, Saraswati Puja and the Fresher's evening of the students.
I think HGC has well maintained classrooms. The new buildings are very well maintained and very hygienic as well. Almost all the classrooms provide smart classes. The canteen food is pretty good as well. But the wifi connection seemed to be poor. The library is very well maintained and has a lot of books related to our specific subjects. Since I'm a localite of Guwahati, I've not been a hostel boarder but I've been there, I didnt like the condition of the hostel. It's very conjusted and old.
I've studied BA in political science here. The department is Amazing. I repeat it's amazing. The teachers are very well learned about the subject and the materials they provide are very good as well. They are very regular to classes and imparts knowledge very well. Political science department is HGC is one of the best undoubtedly. However I gave a 4 star because I think it should indulge a more of field work and practical work. That will make studying here even more amazing.
We never had a placement interview and as far as I know , HGC does not provide good placement. However, it does have a placement cell but I haven't heard of anybody getting placement from here. Hence the placement process has not been pleasant to me.
Since HGC is a public institute it's cost per year is very very minimal and it's totally worth it. I think my course cost around 10k every year . I feel like the money is worth it considering the kind of quality education my department provided.
I didn't have a very great campus life. It lacks fun events and it's super strict regarding conducting events since it's an all girls college. But The location is super cool. It's surrounded by a lot of cool cafes and restaurants and the place is very cool since it's situated near the very famous Dighalipukhuri. And it's located in the heart of the Guwahati city. It is a very safe location for girls.
In short, I did not enjoy college life much but partly I think that's due to my introvert nature in college. But the department is amazing. Majority of the teachers are great. I've had a great time sitting in Prashanti and the nearby cafes though!
The infrastructure was quite good , it had adequate spaces , laboratories , hall for function and a proper playground. There was a fine hygienic canteen. Classrooms were spacious , medical center , gym and a room for recreation was also there.
The best teachers with high level of academic achievements and intelligence with a best principal. The teacher's assistant was perfect. The style was teaching of the teachers were quite catchy. They made study easier.
Since , there is not campus selection in the college but when it comes to placement then most of our seniors and super seniors are leading a successful life. They have got placed in a very nice job or has their own business so everyone settles well.
Yes , the college is a value for money. The yearly admission fees is also less and the cherry on the cake is that alot of scholarships are been offered to different categories of students. It has a value for money fee structure.
Campus life was thoroughly happening , since I was a day scholar so i have a very little idea about the hostel of the college , but according to my friends who stayed in the college hostel , the hostel was also very nice with the best warden.
It had the best view , was highly accessible from any part of the city. Communication to the college was good. Equal opportunity was given to every student. Teacher's are very intelligent and talented as well as good at heart.
Good infrastructure. Classrooms contain digital smart board. Laboratory facilities are well equipped as compared to other colleges. Library has well updated books and e book facilities available. . . .
I'm studying BSc in Zoology. The quality of teaching is very good. Teachers are very friendly and treats you like family. Maintains a safe and friendly environment. They keep your updated from every field of biology and current affairs.
Unfortunately, we don't have placement facility available so far. If there is no placement, then how will they get salary or even job. Why this minimum 200 characters necessary. . . . . . . . . . . . .
