Girraj Government College, Nizamabad later on named as NBKR Government College, Nizamabad was established in 1956, situated at Telangana, India is an autonomous college. The college is spread across 30 acre of land and here we provide 48 courses across 8 different degree programs. The college has a total of 4,114 students, of which 46% are male students, and 54% are female students. The structure of the institution consists of 153 members of faculty which makes the quality nurturing and attention paid the students outstanding. 

This college does offer a number of amenities as added-value to the delivery of the education programme. The gymnasium is used in physical fitness and the library is used in getting information for other academic activities. Sports facilities are institutional provision that students afford to indulge their athletic interests and thus serve the students’ athletic needs. Its IT enables students to be up to date with the current technology. A cafeteria serves beverages and food items and an auditorium serves different occasions including seminars. It also provides efficient laboratory facilities for practical sessions, medical facility through the health centre in form of a clinic and adequate parking space for everyone’s convenience.
