Placements: Placements are good. College have  Ashoka Leyland, HCL, piston and rings company, Bosch company, TCS, Omni matrix and so on. 75 to 80% have been placed in companies. . Students were offered position like quality manager, design engineer, plant head, and salary was offered about 5 to 6lakhs per annum. And few students got 3 Lacs package.

Infrastructure:  This College is good in terms of Infrastructure.

First of all there is nothing as GITAM Hyderabad University. Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management University is in Vishakhapatnam. One of their campus is in Hyderabad which is known as GITAM School of Technology. Admission in GITAM School of Technology, Hyderabad is done through GITAM GAT which is an online entrance exam conducted by GITAM University for admission to its UG and PG programmes. However, in the main university campus of GITAM in Vishakhapatnam, admission there is done through on the basis of the candidates performance in GITAM GAT, JEE Main, AP EAMCET, TS EAMCET scores. Better attend the GITAM GAT counselling session and see what branches are you getting as per your JEE Main score.

Dear Aspirant, the counceling program will be start on the third week of May, 2019. The cut off marks for this stream is not declared now. But the students must have to pass the 12th examination. They must have at least 60% aggregate marks in physics, chemistry and mathematics.

GITAM Vizag was a university till 2017 but from 2018 gov of india removed maximum number of universities made them DU GITAM was highly rich college in vizag region i think there was noproblem regarding AICTE approvl.
