Global College of Higher Education, Mansa was set up in the year 2012. It is an affiliated college and lies in Punjab, India. This institution is certified by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and offers quality education with expansive premises of 5 acres. With a strength of 174 students and 9  faculty members, it maintains a focused learning environment. The institute currently only offers one degree programme, Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), sanctioned strength of 100 students. Global College of Higher Education, with its comprehensive curriculum and modern amenities, trains future educators.

The following facilities developed facilitate the teaching-learning process among its students in this college: The well-stocked library will serve as the campus intellectual center and will have a vast collection of books related to education on various subjects. It will have a dedicated librarian who will guide the students in research work and ensure that all operations are smoothly conducted. To achieve physical development, the college has provided excellent sports facilities that encourage both indoor and outdoor games among the students. This promotes fitness simultaneously with an opportunity to promote sound, stress-free living and overall wellness. The college has modern laboratories, which provide students with direct practical experience in science education. An auditorium is utilized in conducting events and seminars to create an exciting academic ambience. The college also places emphasis on technology integration and has a robust IT infrastructure.

Global College of Higher Education currently offers only one full-time course, which is the Bachelor of Education programme. It has an approved intake of 100 seats for a two-year period. The B.Ed course which Global College offers is basically a full-time curriculum which instills theoretical knowledge and practical teaching skills. 

The admission to the Global College of Higher Education is merit-based. Admission is provided based on marks obtained either from a qualifying examination or entrance examination. The college follows admission policies as stipulated by the state government, the Union Territory, and affiliated university.
