GLS Shri I. R. Parikh Institute of Computer Technology, Ahmedabad was founded in the year 1999 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This constituent college, accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council, works under the approval of the All India Council for Technical Education. Spread over a compact 3-acre campus, this institute provides an exclusive learning environment for 268 students enrolled here with 14 dedicated faculty members.

The institute has a host of modern facilities to enhance the learning experience of students. Classrooms are well-spaced, air-conditioned, and fully equipped with facilities like LCD projectors and whiteboards for effective teaching and learning. The library is the backbone of all academic resources with over 12,000 books relating to different facets of Computer Science. It subscribes to 86 national and international journals. A state-of-the-art computer laboratory is available which is equipped with workstations running on Ubuntu and MAC OS, connected through high-bandwidth internet connectivity.

GLS Shailesh R. Parikh Institute of Computer Technology runs two full-time postgraduate programs: Master of Business Administration and Master of Computer Applications. The duration of these courses is two years, at the completion of which the students shall be awarded in-depth knowledge and practical skills in their respective streams.
