Gorantla Venkateswarlu and Attota Dhana Satya Lakshmi College of Education is NCTE recognised and approved by Acharya Nagarjuna University to provide education since 2003 in Ongole, Andhra Pradesh. The college offers full-time courses in education; of these three courses, an approved total intake of 350 seats is permitted. It offers B.Ed. and D.El.Ed. at the undergraduate level with 100 and 200 seats, respectively, and post-graduation M.Ed. with 50 seats. All of these programs have a happy ending in the lines of teaching and educational administration.

The admission process in the Gorantla Venkateswarlu and Attota Dhana Satya Lakshmi College of Education varies with the courses. The minimum aggregate percentage in the qualifying degree examination is 50%. But for SC/ST/BC/PHC candidates, it is 40%.The admissions are released in two streams: 75% of the candidates enrolled in DSC are allotted through EDCET Convenor, and the remaining 25% is allotted by management based on the guidelines issued by APSCHE. Candidates who wish to pursue D.El.Ed admissions are required to first secure a rank in the DIETCET. M.Ed. admissions strictly depend on the rankings secured by the candidate from PGCET.
