Government College, Anantapur, is one of the esteemed institutions established in the year 1916 at Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh. College postgraduate courses include M.Sc courses offered are Computer Science, Mathematics, Geology, Chemistry, Physics, Statistics, Botany, and Zoology. M.Com, on the other hand, and MA in Political Science.
