University. Provided that the candidates who have passed the qualifying examination with commerce stream shall be given preference in admission to B.Com. Program.

Government College Dharamshala is below average. The facilities are basic, and while there are classrooms and a library, they could be better maintained and equipped. The labs are old, and the overall campus could use more improvement in its physical resources.

Dharamshala College has really good buildings and facilities. The campus is nice and well-kept, with pretty gardens. Inside, the classrooms have modern stuff like computers for learning. They also have cool sports areas. Basically, everything there helps students learn and have fun.
