GCM Kurnool is a well-respected college for male students that was set up in 1971. Sri Krishnadevaraya College of Engineering and Technology is an affiliated college situated in Doctor’s Colony, B.Camp, Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh, where young learners have been nurtured for over fifty years. Located on a vast area of 13 acres, GCM Kurnool is accredited with the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), ensuring quality learning. The college provides 13 different courses from 5 different degrees for the entire enrolment of 1927 students. The institution has 44 dedicated educators as faculties; hence, the ratio of students to teachers is modest; hence, students get enough attention from their teachers.

The courses that are taught at the GCM Kurnool are quite diverse and extensive; they are as follows: 13 courses in all. These include both undergraduate and postgraduate professional courses comprising full-time courses in English and Telugu media. The college offers B.Sc programmes, B.Com. programmes, M.Sc. programmes and MA in English. The college follows a liberal arts system that offers many subjects in arts, commerce, and sciences to facilitate the students’ areas of interest. In the calendar year to 2022, the student population stood at 1,354, of which 1,271 are undergraduates and 83 are postgraduates. The college thus harbours almost exclusive undergraduate learning, with only 6% of the learners enrolled for postgraduate learning.
