Government College Kundam was established in the year 1984 and is an affiliated college run in Jabalpur of Madhya Pradesh. This is a public institution located in a 9.3 acre land acre and it enrolls 573 students offering different undergraduate courses. Government College Kundam offers four full time courses of one year each in three degree programs in the faculty of Arts Commerce and Science. Faculty strength to its capacity is at 7, and this makes the learning environment to be personable. For the wellness of the extra-curricular students the college maintains a well-furnished sports room Besides, the college Inter-college competitions are held regularly throughout the session like cricket, wrestling, athletics, kho-kho, badminton & basketball etc. Government College Kundam also has four laboratories that provide facilities for Physics, Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology each of which has a Lab Attendant. For the purpose of increasing the level of digital literacy the school is equipped with a computer lab containing 10 accessible computers. The college also has a gymnasium for the fitness conscious and has many facilities to park cycles, scooters and cars.

In total, Government College, Kundam offers four courses in the undergraduate programmes and all the offered courses are full time.
