Government College of Engineering, Ratnagiri (GCER) is acting as one of the key institutions which were established in 2021 situated in the beautiful city Ratnagiri of Maharashtra. This affiliated college has risen to fame rather fast within the realm of technical education and preparation. Affiliated to the AICTE, GCER has developed a pool of technologically advanced engineering courses to satisfy the dynamic needs of the industry. The college is having a perfect location by sitting on the Thiba Palace Road to make the college easily available for the aspiring engineers in Ratnagiri. 

Government College of Engineering has wonderful number of amenities which can be classified as the essential precondition for effective and making learning process. The college has equipped department wise laboratories to make the students industry ready with practical training of preferred area. Currently, the college has five full time B.Tech programmes all of which take four years in order to be completed. The bachelor programmes are Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, Civil and Infrastructure Engineering, Electrical, Food Technology and Management and Mechatronics Engineering. Every course is approved for a total of 60 students for the College has always ensured that it observes a student-teacher ratio, which enhance learning.
