See , you can get admission in D pharmacy on the basis of your merit and also appear in entrance exam for the same.
It depends in which University you want admission , Firstly talking about D pharma Best colleges that provide merit based admissions :
First is Delhi institute of pharmaceutical sciences and research , Delhi , it's application form will release in the month of July on wards .It is the one of the Best college of the Pharmacy.
After that , Jamia Hamdard - it also provide merit based admission in D pharmacy and its application form will release in Last week of June On wards .
Another is Jaipur national University - it' s application form will release in the month of July on wards .
Talking about college that takes entrance based admissions are : -

1. Number of seats available.
2. Difficulty level of the exam.
3. Number of students appeared in the exam.
4. Caste Category of the students.

The regular earnings in Delhi are lofty than in other states.
The income of Junior residents in government facilities is INR 94k.
Earnings for Senior Residents is INR 1.1 Lakh.
In private hospitals, it is much meagerer. Those obtaining mbbs should not reach for private facilities initially.
As there will be less familiarity and exposure and poorest earnings INR 40 –56k.
Job is only after qualifying UPSC CMS. Tests are carried out each year then interviews.

yes government colleges do accept JEE MAINS rank for admitting students in course related to engineering.
ARMY , AIRFORCE , NAVY selects candidates based on NDA exam or if you pursue engineering from a college then after graduation you can take the CDS exam for entering defence forces.
Navy also invited applications for the four year B.Tech degree course under the 10+2 (B.Tech) Cadet Entry Scheme (Permanent Commission) for Education Branch and Executive & Technical Branch. Selected candidates will join the prestigious Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala for pursuing the four-year course. The last date for applying to this course is 8 February, 2022.
Only applicants who are born between 2 January 2003 and 1 July 2005 (both dates inclusive) can apply .

As you have secured 590 marks in neet 2021 then you can definitely crack some or the other government college through rajasthan domicile but yes you may not get that good colleges like sms medical College , madan Mohan Malviya ayurveda government college, SPMC bikaner RUHS college of medical sciences.
Although various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
