So, you can try for BPT course in Private Colleges in Maharashtra using NEET UG score. But it is difficult to get Government BPT Colleges in Maharashtra.
There are Colleges which takes admission into BPT course without NEET UG Rank or can take admission based on marks obtained in 10+2 or equivalent exam.

Among the options given by you, I would say that you should go for Goverment Medical College, Datia as it is a government college that is best in all aspects. It has a good infrastructure and facilities which are very much better than Shivpuri Nd Shahdol. The faculty and teachers here are very supportive and experienced. They teach very well and inspire you a lot. The fees of all the colleges is almost the same. The overall best college is definitely Datia.

Hope you are doing great ! The fees of government colleges for mbbs is very low ,even about negligible ,every person can afford it ,even a poor man . The colleges fees may differ from state to state and college to college and i am mentioning here some states government college mbbs fees.
Haryana- PT. B.D. SHARMA PGIMS, ROHTAK- Rs.42,420 per annum
Jharkhand- M.G.M. MEDICAL COLLEGE,JAMSHEDPUR- Rs.9,130
Karnataka all govt colleges- Rs.50000 per annum
Karnataka govt quota private colleges 3lakhs
Kerala- GOVT.MEDICAL COLLEGE, THRISSUR- Rs.23,000
Maharashtra- GRANT MEDICAL COLL & SIR J.J.HOSP,MUMBAI- Rs.70,805.
It's just a reference for you information . Also aiims Delhi has very low fees ,only approx 1000 per annum.

Dear applicant there are few Government Institutions in India which offer the course MBA in Pharmacy. Like
1. Delhi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research teaches the curriculum of MBA in Pharmaceutical Management.
2. PUMBA Pune - Department of Management Sciences Savitribai Phule University offers the course MBA in Pharmaceutical Biotechnology.
However there are private institutions like National Institute of Pharmaceutical Research Mohali, Hyderabad which offer MBA in Pharmaceutical Management course.

with the fees of AIIMS nearly 5000 for entire course of 5.5 years.
the fees that you mentioned i.e. 50-60lakh is charged by deemed universities and private colleges.

To get government medical college for mbbs courses, a candidate must score minimum 610+ for general category, 580+ for obc, 480+ for St, 420+ sc category candidate.
Eligibility criteria for neet ug exam.
:--->Minimum age of the candidates should be 17 years as of December 31, 2022...
:--->Candidate should passed the class 12th exam from any recognised brard with physics, chemistry, biology (PCB) or (PCMB) with English is the compulsory subject...
:--->Minimum aggregate marks: General category candidates must have passed the qualifying examination with 45% marks, while for SC/ST/OBC the minimum marks should be 40%..
:--->Reservation policy for pwd (handicap) : 3% of the reservation will be provided to the Person with Disability (PwD) candidates.
Marks wise cut off for neet ug exam is following
For General candidate-> 720-138
For OBC/SC/ST candidate -> 137-108
