Government Degree College, Banaganapalli (GDC Banaganapalli) is an established college in 1993. Narayan Reddy College of Education is one of the leading co-educational institutions situated in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh, India; it is NAAC-recognised. Located across 3.6 acres of land, GDC Banaganapalli enshrines vast programs at the undergraduate level.

There is a list of important facilities that have been put into operation in the college and are going to contribute to the improvement of the general learning outcomes of the students. This college provides the faculties of B.Com, B.Com Computer Applications, BA, B.Sc Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry, B.Sc Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science, and B.Sc Botany, Zoology, and Chemistry. Although the number of seats to be filled in each of these courses is not defined, the overall strength capacity of the college students is 423.
