Government Degree College, Kotli, an affiliated college, was established in the year 2016 in Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. This institution occupies a land of one acre and provides only, three undergraduate programmes for the total of ninety nine students. Reflecting the high student–faculty ratio, the college has adopted qualified human resources bearing 6 numbers well-qualified educators.

Government Degree College, Kotli, has the following facilities to support learning and personal development of the students among them. Surrounding some of these amenities is a library filled with various books, encyclopedias and reference books. Government Degree College, Kotli, offers three full-time programmes. These are Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), and Bachelor of Science (B.Sc). From all the courses offered in the college, only 99 students are admitted reflecting that the college is always willing to maintain small classes in order to enhance learning.
