Hello Guyyam
Both the streams are completely different from one another and will benefit you in their own ways
If u have a science background in 11th and 12th you can take up B.Pharma
If u have a commerce background in 11th and 12th you can take up BBA
given a option that u can take up any of them irrespective of your stream in 11th and 12th, take up the course where your interest lies. both are equally good in its own way.
Hello,
As per the previous years cutoff you can get seat in some private colleges but getting seat in government college is very tough.
But this Scenario might change and you can get seat through your reservation category quota.
You can check the previous years cutoff to get better idea.

The Doctor of Pharmacy is a 6-year integrated course with 4 years of graduation and one year for the project and another year for internship. The sope for the Pharm.D is mainly in the health and industrial sector in India. Normally some hospitals which have the NABH(National Accreditation Board for Hospitals) must have the clinical pharmacists ( Pharmdians) in their hospital. So many of the private hospitals are offering the posts for Assistant and duty doctors, clinical pharmacists.
The industrial scope - In the clinical research as CRO's and CRA's. Also, the pharmacovigilance is the best to scope for pharm.D. The jobs regarding Clinical SAS are also hiring Pharm.D's.
Hi,
That is good that you have passed the BiPC. Have you attempted the EAMCET examination?
The eligibility is considered only when you have attempted the EAMCET exam and get qualified. Based on your rank and caste you have to apply for counselling.
Please clarify your rank and caste
Wishing you best of luck.
Hi,
The counselling in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana is based in your rank and caste. So please mention the caste and rank you achieved, because it can be easy for me to clarify your doubts and help you more. There are about 28-30 colleges in Andhra Pradesh offering Pharm.D
Based on your rank you need to attend the online counselling where you have to apply for Pharm.D. If you have not got the seat don't worry. To rectify this you can apply both for B.Pharmacy and Pharm.D. This is so because if you have not got the seat in Pharm.D and got for B.Pharm, you can complete the course and can apply for the Pharm.D-P.B.(Post Baccalaureate). But for this, you should write the PGCET exam after B.Pharm.
Another way is to get a seat by management quota. Every college has the management quota but each college differs in the donation fee. It may be from 3 lakhs to 12 or 15 lakhs based on the college criteria.
The colleges which are affiliated to the hospitals should be considered priorly.
I can suggest you more if you mention me the rank.
All the best for your future and career.
Hai Meghana. I think it critical way you may not get the offer I think so . If I are having any skills related to NCC and national level certification i.e, sports, singing etc., By that reservation you will get a chance. Do be disappointed try for only first counselling I mean web options. Even you get opportunity under affiliated colleges of Sri Venkateswara University.
