For studying pharmD through convenor quota , you have to pass your 10+2 with minimum 50% marks in physics , chemistry, biology/ mathematics , and  go through the entrance examination ,
Every state and college's have their respective entrance exams in which you have to qualify and based on your marks and rank you will be alloted a seat , based on the options of college's kept by you during web counselling .
But if you are seeking admission through management quota then your 10+2 score above 50% is enough and you have to pay your whole fee , go through interview in the specific college of your interest .

You did not mentioned your reservation category , and your domicile, and also your rank is too high to get a seat ,
Considering the previous year's Cutoff, the highest rank to get seat was 62010 in krupanidhi college of pharmacy, Bangalore ,
As the Cutoff marks and ranks have variations every year so don't loose hope and attend the counselling process.

The minimum requirement for getting into D Pharmacy  by Fooroqia College of Pharmacy is;

1) Pass in Physics, Chemistry, Maths and Biology in intermediate exams

2) Pass the first year of three years degree in science.

3) 10+2 in science

4) Pre degree examination or PUC

5) PCM/PCB/PCMB or any other qualification approved by university councill of pharmacy.

Duration of the course is 2 years and consistes of part I and part II.

Pharm. D course is basically a professional  course of doctorate in pharmacy.It is a 6 years course.The last year involves internships.The course mainly involves preparing candidates in the field of management and treatment of patient care and patient outcomes.

There are a lot of career opportunities in this field. Recruiters mainly include Health Care Centres,Drug Control Areas,Private and Public Hospitals,Medical Dispensing stores, etc.Students gain a lot of knowledge in treatment of patients, patient care, use of drugs,management and monitoring patients, 

The Job profiles include:

  • Drug inspector 
  • Analytical chemist
  • Clinical pharmacist 
  • Researcher
  • Pharmacy Doctors

The Average salary rangea from 3-9 lacs per annum.

Hello Fathima. In order to get admission in Pharma , you should have the following ranks in KEAM exam.
College Of Pharmaceutical Sciences Alappuzha  ,rank should be around 619.C college Of Pharmaceutical Sciences Kozhikkode ,rank should be around 272.C college Of Pharmaceutical Sciences Kottayam ,rank should be around 970.College Of Pharmaceutical Sciences Thiruvananthpuram , rank should be around 819.

Yes, if you are hoping for a college seat through government's counselling (in a gov. University or affiliated colleges). If not each college has a reserved no.of seats to be taken up by paying certain amount of fee ( which generally is more in amount compared to the gov. Counseled seats).
The intake for pharm d each year is 30 students per college so brace yourself for a tough competition .
Autonomous institutions like manipalhave their own entrance tests for getting an admission into pharm.d

The minimum marks to qualify the EAMCET exam is 40 out of 160. You have successfully cleared that. Your IPE marks are good. As per your marks you can expect a rank in between 35 k- 45k. If you are from a reserved category you will get good colleges.

Every year Cutoff will have variations , and its difficult to specify a particualr college because every college's will have variations in their Cutoff ranks as well based on reservation criteria, availability of seats and number of candidates appearing for exam.
Don't loose hope as your score is good and attend the counselling process ,
