Admission in M.Tech courses will be done on the basis of GATE & TS PGECET scores. Birla Institute of Technology & Science organizes its separate entrance test (BITSAT) for providing admission in B.Tech, B.Pharma & other courses. Candidates can appear anyone from the above mentioned exams for admission in UG & PG engineering courses.

I am sorry to know that you did not get a medical seat.Pharmacy is also a very good course and has many future options. You may get the job of a drug inspector by completing the ohrakcy course or go into research or go into an industry also.
You may also go into MBA after pharmacy for your future career.Yiu would have to do B pharma after d pharma do i prefer you go for b pharma but d pharma is also good.

Can you please specify the name of college so that i can provide you with the required details regarding cut off, admission process etc.
The basic eligibility criterion for pursuing the course is a 10+2 or equivalent qualification in any stream from a recognized educational Board. Admission to the course is based on the candidates performance in a relevant entrance exam, or merit obtained in the last qualifying exam.
Admission process is through GPAT, UPSEE, JEE Pharmacy, AU AIMEE, CPMT, PMET

As per some sources (link attached), the eligibility criteria to get an admission in to b pharma at Karpagam College Coimbatore is :
Admission to B.Pharm in Karpagam College Of Pharmacy is done on a direct basis after the student is found eligible for the course.

Minimum 40% aggregate marks in HSC with English being the main subject and Chemistry, Biology or Botany, Zoology or Mathematics subjects.
Students from SC/ST must have 35% aggregate.
