Government Degree College for men Satyavedu, established in the year 2008, is an affiliated college situated at Chittoor, Tirupati dist., A.P. This is a government institute which provides various undergraduate programmes in various fields of study. The college has a total enrolment of 178 students, out of which 5 are the faculty members, making it a concentrated educational institution. The institute teaches 4 courses under 3 degree types, with education concentrations in Commerce, Arts, and Sciences.

Government Degree College aims at giving central amenities to support students in their learning exercise. In the present study, the library is viewed as a source of books and other related materials that may be useful for learning purposes.
