Government Degree College, Tandur or GDC Tandur is a provincial institution of learning located in Tandur town of the Telangana province in India. It is an affiliated college which was founded in the year 2008 and is involved in molding young generation from last 01 decade. GDC Tandur is an undergraduate college with 957 students enroled for various programs and a teaching staff of nine faculty members.

Some of these are: The college boasts of several facilities with an aim of improving the learning process of students. If students are interested in sports there are various sports facilities which are available in the college often to suit the needs of sports lovers. A rich library collection has been developed and operates as an information centre to support students’ academic needs. In regards to informative learning, the college has departmental based laboratory where students can have hands on experience on real life situations in their various departments. In the same way, GDC Tandur appreciates the role that technology plays in current education; the institution has put up an efficient IT equipment to enhance the student’s academic attempts.

GDC Tandur at present offers undergraduate programmes for a total of six courses and all these programmes are of full time in nature. The course includes B.Com Computer Applications – available in English and Urdu, B.Sc Physical Sciences, B.Sc Life Science, BA, B.A Telugu medium.
