Government Degree College, Tandur or GDC Tandur is a provincial institution of learning located in Tandur town of the Telangana province in India. It is an affiliated college which was founded in the year 2008 and is involved in molding young generation from last 01 decade. GDC Tandur is an undergraduate college with 957 students enrolled for various programs and a teaching staff of nine faculty members. Thus, the issue of openness of the college to both males and females is best illustrated by the fact that in the student populace there are 446 males and 461 females. GDC Tandur offers six regular courses of three baccalaureate programmes in Commerce Sciences, and Arts.

The course includes B.Com Computer Applications – available in English and Urdu, B.Sc Physical Sciences, B.Sc Life Science, BA, B.A Telugu medium. These programs address different academic concerns and getting a job is also given primary consideration. The college has a total student intake of 957, this show that the college has the capacity to admit a large number of learners without compromising on the various discipline.
