An affiliated Government First Grade College, Kodihalli started in the year 2007 is situated in Kanakapura Taluk of Ramanagara district, Karnataka. This Co-education institution is located in a 2 acre compound and provides various undergraduate courses for its 222 students. The college is affiliated to the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) to stress the fact that this institution offers quality in training students. The college has 7 members of faculty who are able to focus on four course streams of the two degree courses offered in Arts and Commerce Streams.

Government First Grade College, Kodihalli has numerous facilities that are intended to the advantages of the students. The BA programmes possible combinations include; History Economics and Political Science; History Economics and Optional Kannada; and History Economics and Sociology. Each one of these programmes, namely, the B.Com extends over a period of 3 years. For the individual course, we do not have fixed intake numbers, but the overall admission capacity of the college is 222, and for the present, it is fully occupied.
