Government First Grade College was started in 1992 and admires the gateways of learning for both boys and girls of Shorapur district in Yadgir, Karnataka. Recognised by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), this affiliated college has vast areas of specialisation in undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Located on a 5 acre setting, the college accommodates 638 students and 9 faculty members. The institution currently offers 17 courses under six degree programs in arts, commerce, and science streams to capture the diverse academic aspirations of the students.
