Government Model Residential Polytechnic KR Puram is an affiliated college established in 2014. It falls under West Godavari, Andhra Pradesh. All India Council for Technical Education approves it, which makes it a source of technical education with emphasis on diploma courses. The government model residential polytechnic is nearby I.T.D.A, KR Puram, and hence, has an environment in it conducive for learning and the enhancement of skills.

Regarding facilities, the polytechnic has several training and library facilities that enrich the learning experience of the students.
