Government Polytechnic Bargarh is a government-run technical institute established in 2014. GP Bargarh admissions are offered to diploma courses in civil engineering, electrical engineering, and mechanical engineering. GP Bargarh admissions are based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination and the online counselling conducted by the Diploma Admission Committee.

GP Bargarh Application Process 2024

• The candidates have to apply through online mode only on the website http://skill.samsodisha.gov.in/Diploma.aspx.

• An application fee of Rs.200/- for SC/ST/Female applicants and Rs.300/- for Male applicants is required, payable online using any of the available options.

• Scanned images of the applicant’s photograph, signature, and other relevant documents must be uploaded.

• Personal details, academic details, domicile and reservation details must be filled in, and course(s) and institute(s) of choice should be selected in order of preference.

• Any edits to the application form can be made before the final submission date. After submission, no further changes will be permitted.

• After successful submission of the application, a printout of the application form and money receipt can be taken.

GP Bargarh offers diploma courses in civil engineering, electrical engineering, and mechanical engineering. GP Bargarh courses are of three years duration and have an intake capacity of 60 seats each. GP Bargarh eligibility criteria for admission is based on the marks obtained in the High School Certificate (HSC) examination or equivalent from a recognised board

GP Bargarh Diploma Admission Process 2024:

• Seats are allotted based on merit rank, category, reservation, and preference through web-based e-counselling conducted by the Diploma Admission Committee.

• The candidates have to report at the allotted institute with all the original documents, mark sheets and certificates for verification and confirmation of admission.

• Admission fees and other charges as per the institute norms must be paid at the time of admission.

• The candidates can participate in further rounds of counselling, if any, as per the schedule and guidelines published on the website.

• HSC or equivalent mark sheet and certificate

• +2 Science or Vocational or ITI mark sheet and certificate (for lateral entry candidates)

• Caste certificate (if applicable)

• Income certificate (for TFW or EWS candidates)

• PM CARES certificate (for PM CARES for children scheme candidates)

• Aadhaar card or EID number

• Passport size photograph
