The college was established in 2013. GP, Changipur is a government university affiliated to Uttar Pradesh Board of Technical Education, Lucknow. The college offers only diploma courses to the students. GP, Changipur Diploma courses include Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering, Diploma in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Textile Technology.
