The technical institution known as the Government Polytechnic College Chekkanurani or simply GPC Chekkanurani was instituted in the year 2013. The government polytechnic college is situated in A.Kokkulam Village, Chekkanurani, Madurai, Tamil Nadu and is approved with the AICTE code. There are overall 5 diploma programs which the institute provides in different disciplines of engineering and a total intake of 706 students.
