Government Polytechnic, Dhangar: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

Government Polytechnic Dhangar, established in 2016, is an affiliated college of the Haryana State Board of Technical Education (HSBTE), Panchkula. The college offers five polytechnic diploma programmes in Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Medical Laboratory Technology with an intake of 60 students each. 

Admissions to the Diploma courses at the Government Polytechnic Dhangar are purely merit-based. HSBTE Panchkula conducts the online admission process. The eligibility criteria for appearing in the admission process is that the candidates must have passed class 10th or equivalent with at least 35% marks in aggregate. For students completing their studies from the college, Government Polytechnic Dhangar has a placement cell to provide employment opportunities. 

GP Dhangar also offers various facilities for students. The facilities include a library, a computer lab, a sports ground, laboratories, a medical centre, and spacious classrooms. Government Polytechnic Dhangar is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). It is spread over 8 acres of land amidst a lush green environment.
