Government Polytechnic Jaiti, Almora, a technical institution, lies in Naya Sangroli, Khadi Road Jainti, Almora, Uttarakhand. The affiliated college was approved by the All India Council of Technical Education and provides diploma courses in engineering fields. The admission to Government Polytechnic Jaiti, Almora, is done mostly through the Uttarakhand Joint Entrance Examination Polytechnics. It is conducted by Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education, Roorkee. This entrance examination is usually held during the month of May every year. Application forms for appearing in JEEP are available to interested students during January-February at different polytechnic institutions in the state.
