Kushtagi based Government Polytechnic was set up in the year 1996 and is affiliated to the VTU. This is a technical institution accredited by All India Council for Technical Education, AICTE offering diploma courses in a number of disciplines of engineering. Located on an 18 acre campus, the polytechnic offers a premium technological education to would-be engineers.
