Siddha Medical College, Tirunelveli bestowed in 1964 is a well known university in the field of Siddha medicinal system. This affiliated college is at Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli District, Tamil Nadu and the college covering area is 7.54 acres. With approval from the Central Council for Indian Medicine or the CCIM The college offers 8 courses across two degrees. The college offers a four-year under graduate course known as Bachelor of Siddha Medicine and Surgery (BSMS) programme with an affiliating capacity of 100 students. MD courses offered by the college for postgraduate students include various specialisation fields of Siddha medicine.
