The college offers three super-specialty courses at the postgraduate level: MD Kulliyat, MD Ilmul Advia, and MD Mahiyatul Amraz. Each of these postgraduate courses has a duration of three years on a full-time basis, and MD Ilmul Advia has 7 seats, while MD Kulliyat and MD Mahiyatul Amraz have 6 seats each.
