Government Tool Room and Training Centre GTTC is a technical specialised institution located in Gowribidanur, Karnataka, started in the year 2016. Located in Kudumalakunte Industrial Area this affiliated college well known is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) providing qualitative education in engineering and technological stream. GTTC Gowribidanur currently offers its students three diploma programs, which take four years to complete, and accommodate a total of 174 students. The faculty strength is 2; the institute is able to give adequate concentration in their students, and create a base for the industrial sector.

Among the infrastructural amenities of GTTC Gowribidanur a number of facilities have been developed to support the students’ learning process. The college possesses functional laboratories required for practice that forms the core of technical colleges. A library plays central roles of providing information needed in students’ research, learning and academics. The diploma courses are Mechatronics, Precision Manufacturing, and Tool and Die under Mechanical Engineering. All programs are designed to give a combination of the theoretical concepts and skills toward achieving the goal of preparing competent and employable professional in the respective area of specialisation.
