The Government Tool Room and Training Centre, Gulbarga (GTTC Gulbarga) is a technical institution of its kind having its existence from 1994. This affiliated college is situated in Gulbarga, Karnataka and is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), which makes it impart quality education in the stream of Precision Manufacturing and Tool Engineering. The GTTC Gulbarga currently offers two diploma programs that take three years to complete each, to students who wish to be parted with the advanced manufacturing technologies.

The first certificate programme is known as Diploma in Precision Manufacturing and it covers issues to do with sophisticated manufacturing procedures as well as, Quality control issues and the second is the Diploma in Tool and Die Making that outlines the fabrication of tools, die and mould used in manufacturing processes.
