The Government Women Polytechnic College, Bharatpur is a premier institutions of the Kingdom of Bharatpur which was established in the year 2010 to impart technical education to the women folk. Panipat affiliated college of technology management, Bharatpur, Rajasthan is one of the best affiliated college that has been granted affiliation by AICTE which makes it capable to provide quality education. Currently college provides an array of diploma courses; there are six courses in total which are offered in engineering design field. At present the institute has 63 students with 15 faculties, which makes a better ratio of students to faculties which is beneficial in a learning process.

The institute understands the need to keep in touch with people in the current and future society and has outstanding IT facilities for supporting various approaches to learning. Interestingly however, the college provides a girls’ hostel facility, therefore providing safe shelter for students from different parts of the country.

Goverment Women Polytechnic College, Bharatpur has cumulatively six full-time diploma courses in its curriculum and all of these courses take three years. The total intake of students in the institute is spread to 180 over all courses The posts for the different programmes are 30. The college aims at giving technical knowledge in certain stream like Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Textile Design, Fashion Designing, Costume Design and Dress Making, Cyber Forensics and Information Security etc.
