The Government Women’s College, Keonjhar (GWC Keonjhar) is a well-known institutional facility involved in the delivery of women’s education since 1979. Some of these are the award of BA (Honours) in English, Economics, Education, History, Home Science, Odia, Political Science, Sanskrit, Sociology, B.Sc (Honours) in Botany, Chemistry, Zoology, Geology, Physics, Computer Science. The college also provides B.Com (Honours) in Accountancy. These programmes are meant to enable students gain deeper understanding about their chosen fields for advanced studies and in job markets.
