Greater Noida College of Education was established in 2004 as a self-financed institution This institution is a teacher training college, situated in Greater Noida district of Uttar Pradesh. This co-educational institute has provided enriched programmes that prepare prospective educators in society. Being situated on a relatively small plot of 1.5 acres of land, the college provides the desired specialisation for students who prepare for teachers’ occupancy. The institute has 12 qualified faculty members that will help students receive effective and individualised instruction. 

Greater Noida College of Education boasts of appropriate physical structures that enhance learning in all practical ways possible. In addition to classrooms and lecture halls, the main components of the concept of academic resources are a library with a reference section, journals, and a comfortable library area, which gives educational resources to students. At present, Greater Noida College of Education provides two courses in teacher education. The B.Ed. programme with an intake capacity of one hundred students, is a two-year course offered to train students for teaching at the secondary and senior secondary level. The Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed), another intake of 50 students, is also a two-year programme dedicated to primary teachers’ training.
