GS Ayurveda Medical College and Hospital is a new establishment for higher education in Ayurveda in Hapur, Uttar Pradesh. This affiliated college began in 2014, and it is now emerging as a prestigious institute for Ayurvedic learning. Having its location near the Pilkhuwa Railway Station on NH-9, it is a 8.984 acres campus college that aim for well teaching, learning and research. The institute has an overall student capacity of 370 and a talented faculty of 47 members which makes the student-staff ratio healthy enabling individual attention for quality education in the science of Ayurveda. 

GS Ayurveda Medical College and Hospital boasts itself in ablution, library, computer, laboratory and other services it provides to foster students’ education. The Ayurvedic college is equipped with proper ventilated classrooms, rich library, as well as advanced laboratories required for the learning and practicing of the would-be Ayurvedic professionals. For all round development, the institute includes sports facility such as basketball court and swimming bathing with different sections for boys and girls. The college also boasts of a gym in which students can exercise to keep fit. Since, the college has a host of students from all over the country, the college provides separate hostels for boys and girls which can accommodate 180 and 162 students respectively to facilitate the out-station students. The college has an available hall for event and seminars that contributes to sharing of ideas and knowledge. Students and staffs on campus are provided with special diet through the availability of a cafeteria. The institute also has a health centre to cater for emergencies and practical medical care for all members of the community. 

G.S Ayurveda Medical College & Hospital has only one main course, which is the Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine & Surgery (BAMS). This study programme takes six years to complete and offers students exposure to the theory and application of Ayurvedic system of medicine. The BAMS course is available as a regular course curriculum, which enables the students to devote their entire time in understanding this science of healing. The total intake capacity of the college is 370 which is a good enough number for the students intending to become an Ayurvedic practitioner.
