66 MonthsBachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S.) is a 5.5-year full-time course, which includes 4.5 years of curriculum plus 1 year of rotating internship. affiliated to Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut, and approved by the National Medical Commission (NMC).
NMC (Letter of Permission) details: Regarding application No. NMC/UGI/2024-25/000044 for an increase of 100 MBBS seats from 150 to 250 at G.S. Medical College and Hospital, Hapur, it is informed that after careful consideration of the application, it has been decided to approve 100 seats (from 150 to 250 MBBS seats) for the academic year 2024-2025.
This permission for an increase of 100 MBBS seats (from 150 to 250 MBBS seats) and admission of students will be for such time the first batch of students admitted against the above course appears for the final examination in the subject. The college authorities may take up the matter for recognition of the qualification under Section 35(2) of the NMC Act, 2019 with the National Medical Commission (NMC) at the time of examination of the first batch of students admitted against the sanctioned seats.
Eligibility Criteria
12th passed with PCB with a minimum of 50%-45% as per central/state government category quota from any recognized board equivalent to CBSE and UP Board. Must qualify NEET exam conducted in the same year.
Admission Details
Admissions to the MBBS course will be done through the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG).
- Candidate must qualify NEET exam conducted in the same year.
- Pre-qualification examination criteria for all undergraduate programs is the completion of Class 12th from any recognized board in India.
- To qualify for admission to GS Group in any undergraduate program, the applicants must complete 17 years of age on 31st December of the academic year in which they are seeking admission.
